It is my intent as an artist and small business owner to make every interaction with me a pleasant experience. If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away (and send along photos so that I can file an insurance claim). You may choose a new piece or I can issue you a refund.
Please keep in mind that all art pieces from Bowmanart are original art. I have done my best to represent them accurately on the website, but color and textural variations may occur between a screen image and the actual piece. If you are simply unhappy with your artwork, you may return it within 7 business days after receipt. Please email me with your intention to return the piece and the reason for the return. You must package the artwork in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you may reuse the packaging). I will email you my mailing address to return the artwork. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the artwork in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund or with choosing a new piece (of equal or lesser value). Who packs and ships my orders?
All orders are packed by me.
How long does shipping take?
I attempt to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. The time to receive your order is typically within 7-10 days.
Can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your order, the information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. All USA orders have a USPS tracking number.
Artwork and matting exceeding 20" will be shipped via UPS. All original artwork ships fully insured.
I accidentally provided the wrong address or an incomplete address. What next?
If a buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, Bowmanart is not responsible for replacing or refunding the package. It is the buyer's responsibility to double check their address during checkout and make sure all information is up-to-date. I will not refund or replace the package under this circumstance.

I also recommend turning on mail forwarding if you have recently moved, so all mail forwards to your new address.
